Advance notice is required, and pet fees of $99 per dog apply. Pet parents take full responsibility of their pets while in/outside of the cabin and will be charged for any pet damages that occur. Pets are not allowed in the cabin without supervision at all times and are not allowed on furniture. ★ ENTRY: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you the passcode for your door lock. ★ INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S: High Speed Wireless Internet is included. The third room is the upstairs loft with two single beds and a standing arcade game with multiple games. ★ LAUNDRY Washer/Dryer located in the cabin! ★ TOILETREES Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out. ★ Hot Tub You will have access and full use of the private hot tub on the property.

Before booking, please note some important details: -A signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation. -Be sure to research things to do in the surrounding area when you get to the cabin. There isn't a shortage of super cool day trips and outdoor experiences. We're also an hour and a half away from the great smokey mountains!
